HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Signing up is quick and easy.  You just click the button below and complete a short application form.  You provide your name, address, E-Mail and website information.
    

2. You will be assigned a unique Affiliate ID Number so we can track visitors you send us when they click on our banner.

3. You may select one or more banners we have provided to display on your site.  We supply the exact HTML linking code that you need for each banner.  Simply copy the code and paste it into your web pages where you want the banner to appear, then insert your ID Number where specified.  
   Text links are also available to use in addition to banners.

4. We review your website to be sure it fits our requirements of an affiliate site.  We will not accept a site that contains pornography, advocates illegal activities, displays racist or other hate materials, or is objectionable in any other way by our judgment.  Your site also must be displayed in the English language and appeal to the type of visitor who we feel would be appropriately interested in ARIZONA LIFE.

5. We check that one or more of our banners appears on your website.  Our banners may not be rotated with any other ads or otherwise hidden on any page.  You will be notified on whether we have approved your request for affiliation or not within 72 hours of registration usually.

6. When your site has been accepted, we track and record each unique visitor who clicks-through to our site from yours.  Each month we will send you a report by E-Mail that tells you how many click-throughs we have received from you and how much your fees are for that month and total.

7. You will automatically receive a check from us by US mail each month that your total balance is over $25.00.  For any month your total balance is not over $25.00, the amount will be carried over and added to the next month.
