TERMS
OF LISTING: An Enhanced Listing is a
single-column wide and may include your logo or
trademark, a link to your website, and up to four lines
of descriptive or sales text, in addition to your
company name, address, and phone numbers. All
listings must be approved by an ARIZONA LIFE
editor before they are posted, and may be rejected for
any reason.
LOCATION
OF LISTINGS: Enhanced Listings are listed
in order of purchase on the page of your selected category.
Listings may be requested in as many different
categories as are appropriate for your product or service. We
may refuse to place a listing on any page that we decide
is not appropriate for that listing.
New Enhanced Listings will be posted within 10 days of the date of submission. If
your placement is time-sensitive, please contact us and
we will try to accommodate your needs.
PAY-PER-CLICK BILLING:
You establish a deposit account with us by submitting a
prepayment of $50.00 or more. We track the number of
Visitors we send to your website, multiply
that number by $0.25, and deduct the amount from the deposit on your account.
A Visitor is defined as a unique click-through by any one IP
address from our site to yours in any 24-hour day, and does not include search engine spiders, page
reloads or refreshes, or visits by ARIZONA LIFE
staff. Every effort is made to ensure that each click-through is a valid
potential customer for you.
OPTIONAL
MONTHLY RATE BILLING: You pay for your listing at a
rate of either 6 months at $10 per month or 12 months at
$8 per month, in advance. With this rate, the amount
billed is not dependent upon the number of visitors we
send to your website.
REPORTS:
We send you a monthly report by e-mail showing the number of
Visitors you have received and the remaining balance on your
account. You may request a detail report that
includes the date and time each Visitor
clicked-through to your website and the identifying IP
address of each Visitor to check against your website
access logs. You will also receive a notice by
e-mail when your deposit account balance is $5.00 or
less.
DEPOSIT
ACCOUNT: You may add funds to your account at any time.
Payments may be made by
check or we can accept a credit card, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
If your account
has a zero balance, we may remove your Enhanced
Listing. If you are
dissatisfied with the amount of visitor traffic you
receive, you may request a refund of the balance of your
account after six months from the date of the original
order.
GRAPHICS:
Production of listing is included and includes
professional writing of the text.
A logo can be copied from your website, or you may
provide it as either a static .GIF or .JPG file (maximum size of 218 pixels wide x 80
pixels high, at 96 lines per inch), or as a printed piece
suitable for us to scan. All materials submitted for scanning will be
returned to you only upon request.

The order in which Premium Listings are shown is
determined by the date on which you order your listing,

Enhanced Listings may be included on any pages where
you have a Premium Listing at the same rate as the
Premium Listing. We
may refuse to place a listing on any page that we decide

fee of $90 and includes professional
writing of the text. The logo and photo can be
copied from your website, or you may provide them as
files or as printed matter suitable for us to
scan. The logo may be provided as a static .GIF or
.JPG file, at 96 lpi
resolution. The photos may be provided as a color
print, maximum size of
8"x10", or as a 35mm color slide for scanning, or pre-scanned
in true color, with a minimum resolution of 640 x 480 pixels, 96
lines per inch, as a .JPG file. All materials submitted for scanning will be
returned to you only upon request.

size, and may be static or animated. All Banner
Ads must be approved by an ARIZONA LIFE
editor before they are posted, and may be rejected for
any reason.
LOCATION
OF BANNERS: Banner Ads are displayed above the
page description at the top of the page, below the page
description, and below the listings at the bottom of the
page. You may select pages for your banner by
category and area, or designate run-of-site to have it
rotated through several different pages to maximize your
exposure. Placement of Banner Ads is always
subject to space availability. We may refuse to
place a Banner on any page that we decide is not
appropriate for that Banner.

GRAPHICS:
Banner Ad size is 468 pixels wide by 60 pixels high, with a
maximum file
size of 15KB. File type may be a .JPG, a static .GIF, or an animated .GIF.
You may submit your own Banner Ad, or we can produce one
or more for you. Graphic production has a
one-time fee of $90 for one graphic, $75 each for two,
$60 each for three, and $50 each for four or more.
The fee must be prepaid and includes writing of text, ad design, creation of minor graphic elements and illustrations,
typography, photo scanning and retouch work, and final
assembly as needed. Photography is not
included, but is available at very reasonable rates. Please allow a minimum of 7 days for
production time.
